The Ravensburger Puzzle 1000 Piece Prague, The Charles Bridge, is an exclusive puzzle creation by Ravensburger, a world-class puzzle maker brand. There are 1000 puzzle dies in the pack that connects to build up The Charles Bridge's beautiful image in Prague. The century-old medieval arch bridge, the nearby historic buildings, and statues give the picture great appeal and vivacity. Following the Ravensburger tradition and quality, the cardboard is made from premium grade FSC certified cardboard material. At the same time, the one-of-a-kind puzzle dies are handmade with precise finishing by steel-cut tools and templates. When complete, the finished puzzle board measures around 70 x 50 cm in dimension. The jigsaw puzzle board features the signature SoftClick Technology for a frustration-free puzzling experience. The board surface has a matt linen coating that allows a glare-free appearance. This 1000 Ravensburger puzzle is usually recommended for any age group above the age of 12 years.

Pre-Orders
If you have ordered a puzzle design which is marked as Pre-Order, it will be dispatched when we receive the design in our warehouse. If there is a delay and we do not receive the design within expected time-frame, we will let you know via email. We are happy to cancel your order at any time until it has been packed.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer $9.95 Flat Rate shipping to 70% of all Australians. This means that no matter how many items you order, your shipping will be $9.95. Unfortunately, due to the costs of delivery to metro and rural areas, we have to charge slightly more for delivery to those areas. Metro - $12.95, Rural - $14.95. (In most cases the shipping costs us more than we charge and the discount prices we offer on many of our puzzles make it difficult for us to discount the shipping further.) The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please be aware that during peak times, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.premiumpuzzles.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
