Parcel lost in the post. Response time very slow. Aust Post confirmed lost and Premium Puzzles will take no responsibility. Its Aust Post problem, Aust Post say Premium puzzles need to sort out. Never use premium puzzles again.
My order seems to have disappeared and I received an email respons to my initial query. I have yet to hear follow up email in responds to what happen to my order. You don't have my order details but seems to have taken the money out from my account anyway. ?
