What it is like to build

The panel grid is your structure, so build the dividing lines first. Each panel has a pale border and a hand-lettered heading, and once the grid is down the puzzle becomes two dozen small puzzles rather than one large one.

Then the lettering is your best tool. Every panel is headed and annotated in a distinctive hand, so a piece with words on it can be read and assigned immediately. Work the text pieces first, then fill each panel by subject. There is almost no genuinely hard region here, because the artist has left no empty space anywhere, which is why it makes a much gentler build than its density suggests.
