Hi, I'm the New Owner of Premium Puzzles

Hi, I'm Michael Berman, the new owner of Premium Puzzles.

I'm based in Sydney and took over the business Wednesday last week. My background is in Behavioural Finance, which is really just the science of why people choose what they choose. I have a PhD in it, and I find that lens useful here. Puzzle buyers are a specific kind of person, and I want to understand that person well.

Fresh stock just landed in Sydney, including new Ravensburger and Funbox titles. Here's what caught my eye: Gibsons Snow in Autumn (636 pieces), Ravensburger Pamplona, Spain (1500 pieces), and Ravensburger John Deere Then & Now (1000 pieces).

Did you know? A "1000-piece" puzzle almost never has exactly 1000 pieces. Manufacturers aim for the number, but pieces are cut in grids, so the actual count depends on the grid dimensions. Your 1000-piece puzzle could have 1001, 999, or something else entirely. The number on the box is more of a guideline than a guarantee.
